As a founder of ten companies, with six successful exits, including three unicorn IPOs, I learned to leverage the power of disruptive technology to change industries, drive market value, and create positive impact. But, I had to go to Silicon Valley to do it.
Now, I want to bring the methods and mindset of the innovation economy to the world. 10 million jobs in 10 years, that’s our goal, because we know that when you create jobs and prosperity -- society changes, humanity advances.

We can no longer afford for innovation to be place-based. Silicon Valley created the blueprint for how to successfully develop and scale an innovation economy, but innovation ecosystems can be built anywhere. We lead the charge by extending our reach to developing regions across the globe such as Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and underserved areas in rural America, to ensure that success is not limited by location.
Equitable Access
Innovation continues to be unattainable for many around the world. We want all men, women and historically underserved populations to also have a place on the path to positive disruption, and to go as far as their aspirations take them. That’s why we invest in initiatives such as Championing Women Entrepreneurs, a sponsorship program to bolster female-led innovation; and have provided more than $200K in scholarships to underrepresented and low income entrepreneurs around the world.
